Tchoukball
CHUKE • BALL
No interceptions. Two rebound frames. Either end can be attacked. Speed, geometry, and fair play share one court.
THE SHORT VERSION
What is Tchoukball?
Tchoukball is a fast, non-contact team sport built around two angled rebound frames. Teams pass and shoot at either end, then defend the rebound before it touches the floor. Because opponents cannot intercept passes or obstruct play, anticipation matters more than collision.

Enough to follow your first match and understand the decisions, skills, and tactics that shape the sport.

Seconds
The ball may be held for no more than three seconds.

Core rules
- Attack either rebound frame; there are no fixed attacking and defending ends.
- Score when the ball rebounds from the frame and lands outside the forbidden zone before the defense catches it.
- The defending team cannot intercept passes or obstruct the attacking team.
- A shot that misses the frame, returns into the forbidden zone, or leaves the court awards a point to the opponent.
- After a shot or a fault, possession changes to the other team.
